By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full online at the time of booking.
We accept payments securely through Stripe (credit/debit card or Pay by Bank).
The person making the booking must be 18 years or older and responsible for all guests included in the booking.
Cancellations & Changes
No refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.
If you need to change your booking dates, you may request this at least 1 month before arrival, subject to availability.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 12pm
Check-out: 12pm
Please arrive within reasonable hours. Contact us if you expect to be late.
Guests & Pitch Rules
Maximum 6 people per pitch.
Children and pets are welcome – pets must be kept under control at all times.
BBQs and fire pits are allowed if used safely and responsibly.
Quiet hours from 10pm – please respect other guests.
Maximum stay: 2 weeks.
5mph speed limit must be followed across the campsite.
Customers are responsible for keeping their pitch area clean and tidy.
Facilities & Restrictions
Electric hook-up is optional and charged extra if selected.
Fresh water, toilets, showers, and waste disposal facilities are provided.
Please use all facilities respectfully and report any issues to staff.
Management reserves the right to ask any guests causing disruption to leave without refund.
Liability
Guests stay and use the facilities at their own risk.
We are not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies
- Weather-related issues, including flooding, storms, or ground conditions
You are advised to secure valuables and take normal safety precautions.
Privacy & Data
We collect personal details only for managing your booking.
We do not sell or share your information with any third parties for marketing.
